Contributing to innovation and creativity in the workplace

The purpose of this unit is to enable individual to understand how a manager can contribute to innovation and creativity in the workplace.

 

Delegates will need to demonstrate an understanding of innovation and the innovation process as well as the factors that drive and inhibit innovation. Individuals will also need to be able to understand the use of creative thinking in innovation and explain ways of implementing and measuring the impact of innovation.
